The struggle between a stick figure and its creator, a computer animator.
The stick figure, resisting his tormentor, attacks his social life by hacking his Facebook account, traveling onto his iPhone via USB cord, and drawing animations of his own to dismantle the animation interface.
Animator vs. Animation IV by alanbecker. The concept of an animation versus it's animator is no new concept, it is one that is revisited time and time again for many decades. The artist here has previously re-imagined this concept and brought it into the digital age many years back with an Internet sensation of the same title. Animating stickmen is an easy exercise, but it's sum of all the little concepts with the fantastic humour that elevates this piece to another cult classic!
